Can I Sell My Tangible Items Using Your Files?
I have not recieved my order, when will I get it?
Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with instructions on how to download your files. If you do not receive your email in a timely manner you can simply log back into your account for the download links.
How do I open the ZIP files?
Some of the files are in ZIP format and will need to be unzipped to be able to access them. I strongly suggest using a computer or laptop to do this.
To unzip your files you need to :
Locate the zipped file from your downloads folder.
To unzip a single file or folder, open the zipped folder, then drag the file or folder from the zipped folder to a new location.
To unzip all the contents of the zipped folder, press and hold (or right-click) the folder, select Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
My Cellphone or iPad will not open the files.
I strongly suggest that you use a computer or laptop to access your files. If you must use a Cellphone or iPad to access your files you will need to download a 3rd party app to open the ZIP files. I am very unfimlar with process and cannot offer technical support with opening ZIP files from a cellphone or iPad.
I do not have a printer, do you offer a printing option?
No, at this time I do not offer printing. If you do not have a personal printer you can take your files to your local print shop to have them printed for a small fee.
Can I get a refund?
Since all items from Calico Collage are digital, I do not offer refunds.
Where do you find all your graphics?
The graphics that you see in my art are either from estate sales & flea markets where I have bought the physical items and I have scanned them in, or I have bought them from respectful websites, or I have digitally created them myself.
Can you teach me about your craft? I want to learn to create & sell digital art & craft supplies.
At this time I'm unable to mentor anyone about my craft. I will tell you I use Photoshop CS6 to create all my graphics. I am fully self taught and my biggest tip I can give you is just open up your graphic program and play. Digital Art is like any other kind of art, you have to learn through trial and error. Just remember to have fun.
